1. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is not permitted once payment has been successfully completed and the bill/invoice has been generated.

Any booking or advance amount paid is non-refundable.

Requests for cancellation made after payment confirmation or billing will not be accepted under any circumstances.

18Kristal reserves the right to cancel an order in rare cases such as stock unavailability or regulatory issues. In such cases, a refund (if applicable) will be processed as per company policy.
2. Return Policy

18Kristal does not accept returns or exchanges of electrical scooties once sold or delivered.

Electric scooters are non-returnable products due to their nature, registration, and usage policies.

Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or usage-related concerns do not qualify for returns.
3. Repair & Service Policy (Only Resolution)

In case of any manufacturing defect, functional issue, or performance-related concern, the product will be repaired or serviced only, as per the applicable warranty terms.

Replacement or return will not be provided.

Repairs will be carried out by authorized 18Kristal service centers only.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Physical damage or accidents

Improper usage or unauthorized modifications

Improper charging practices

Normal wear and tear

4. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the electrical scooty thoroughly at the time of delivery or handover.

Any visible issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

Issues reported after delivery will be handled strictly under the repair/service policy.
5. Refund Policy

Since cancellations and returns are not permitted after payment and billing, refunds are not applicable.

Any exception will be at the sole discretion of 18Kristal and subject to internal review.
