At 18Kristal, we are committed to delivering reliable and quality electric scooters. This Warranty Policy explains the scope, coverage, and limitations of warranty applicable to 18Kristal Electrical Scooty products.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty is provided only for the electrical scooty (main vehicle).

  • Warranty details, duration, and coverage are strictly limited to what is mentioned in the product description at the time of purchase.

  • Any warranty not expressly mentioned in the product description shall not be applicable.


2. No Warranty on Spare Parts

  • Spare parts, accessories, consumables, and add-ons do NOT carry any warranty.

  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Brake pads

    • Tyres and tubes

    • Cables and wiring

    • Fuses, switches, bulbs

    • Body panels and cosmetic parts

  • Replacement or repair of spare parts shall be chargeable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.


3. Warranty Applicability Conditions

Warranty will be valid only if:

  • The scooty is used as per the user manual and safety guidelines.

  • Repairs and servicing are done only at authorized 18Kristal service centers.

  • The scooty has not been modified, misused, or tampered with.


4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Physical damage, accidents, or mishandling

  • Improper charging or battery misuse

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Damage caused due to water, fire, or natural calamities

  • Commercial or rental usage unless specified


5. Repair-Only Resolution

  • Under warranty, the only resolution provided shall be repair or service.

  • Replacement, return, or refund of the scooty will not be provided under warranty.

  • All warranty decisions shall be at the sole discretion of 18Kristal.


6. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team with purchase invoice and issue details

  2. Submit the scooty at an authorized service center

  3. Inspection will be carried out by our technical team

  4. If approved, repair/service will be provided as per warranty terms


7. Limitation of Liability

18Kristal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the scooty or spare parts.


8. Amendments

18Kristal reserves the right to amend or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
